How long does it take for a refund to process?

Before we can process your refund, we need to wait for the funds to settle on our end, which can take up to 10 business days from the date of your original payment. 

Once the refund is initiated, you should receive it within 3-5 business days. If you haven’t received it by then, please contact your school’s billing office to check the status.
