Why can’t I login?

If you’re having trouble signing in, please make sure you’re using the same email address you used when you first activated your account.


To sign in, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your school’s billing portal at pay.yourschoolname.edu.
  2. Click “Sign In” (the blue button).
  3. Enter the email address you used the first time you logged into your account. Please note, this may be your school email address or the email where you’ve most recently received billing communications.
  4. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a verification code, then enter it to complete the sign-in process.
